Fort McMurray Marathon's official Training Program
Registration for the Fort McMurray Marathon Fit-to-Run program is now open!
Whether you are training to run the 3km, 5km, ATB Financial 10km, ATB Financial Half Marathon, or ATB Financial Full Marathon, this program will give you the tools you need to find success. Learn how to establish a basic strength, power and endurance routine, and how to recover quickly and efficiently.
Dates: Tuesdays & Thursdays, starting May 28th
Time: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Length: 16 weeks, May 28th - September 12th
